Most of our projects are developed using Agile-Scrum, an industry standard for delivering software products. Each of our projects begin with a gathering of your requirements, which may involve several meetings to discuss the functionality of your app or website. Requirements gathering is important because it helps to ensure your product is delivered on time and within its scope and budget.

After your requirements have been gathered, they will be broken down into smaller work packages. You will be given access to a project management tool to track the progress of these work packages.
